September 15, 2026
IRS deadline for S-Corporation (Form 1120-S) and Partnership (Form 1065) tax returns. To guarantee timely filing, please provide tax documents to MH by August 1.
September 30, 2026
IRS deadline for Trust and Estate (Form 1041) tax returns. To guarantee timely filing, please provide tax documents to MH by August 1.
October 15, 2026
IRS deadline for Individual (Form 1040) and C-Corporation (Form 1120) tax returns.
To guarantee timely filing, please provide tax documents to MH by September 1.
Submitting Your Tax Information
You can share your tax information with us in one of three ways:
ShareFile: Upload your documents to Sharefile, the MH file-sharing portal https://mh-cpa.sharefile.com/login
Drop off at our office: Bring your information to one of our offices.

Download and Fill Out the Business Tax Questionnaire: In order for us to prepare your business tax return timely and accurately, please complete a business tax questionnaire for each entity for which you are responsible. Answering these questions will help streamline the preparation process and help us identify planning opportunities to reduce taxes or reduce risk. Download and Fill Out the Trust/Estate Questionnaire: To assist in the preparation of your Trust/Estate tax return timely and accurately, please complete a tax questionnaire for each trust or estate for which you are responsible. The questionnaire is designed to guide you through the information commonly needed for an estate or trust return. Email your MH contact or info@mh.cpa to request the 1041 Tax Questionnaire.

To help keep your tax filing process smooth, please gather the following:
Income documents such as W-2s and 1099s from employers, retirement accounts, banks, and investment providers
Documentation for any additional income sources
Any deductible or credit-related expenses, such as mortgage interest, property taxes, charitable donations, medical expenses, education costs, or childcare expenses
Estimated tax payments, including dates, amounts, and taxing jurisdictions
Notes on any changes since last year, such as a move, change in employment, marriage or divorce, dependents added or removed, or new or closed accounts
